Frequently Asked Questions
Due to strict international air mail safety regulations, all lighters are shipped empty with no gas inside. You will need to purchase standard butane gas separately and fill the lighter before your first use.
You can adjust the flame height by rotating the adjustment wheel located on the bottom base of the turtle. If the setting is too low or too high, it may prevent ignition; gently turn the dial to find the perfect point for lighting.
Turn the lighter upside down. Insert a long-nozzle butane canister vertically into the universal refill valve, and press down firmly for a few seconds. Wait about one minute for the newly added butane gas to stabilize at room temperature before testing the flame.
